Leadership and Comfort Zone

LEADERSHIP and Comfort Zone "Good things never comes from comfort zones. If we want success, we must get comfortable being uncomfortable" Push yourself past your comfort zone. At some point, you will say to yourself, "I've never done this before" or "I don't know what I'm doing." When you have that feeling of giving up: Don't quit. You've decided to start, great; keep pushing forward. If you're thinking of a way out where you can quit and save face. Don't do it. Don't give yourself an out. Just don't. Don't give yourself any options. Either you succeed or fail, and if you fail, dust yourself off, get your mind right and try again. You must get comfortable with being uncomfortable because fear kills more dreams than failure ever will. In an increasingly competitive, cautious and accelerated world, those who are willing to take risks, step out of their comfort zone and into the discomfort of uncertainty...

Pakistan - A Global Nursery of Terrorism

Pakistan, A global Nursery of Terrorism During the last 25 years, almost every major terror incident throughout the world carried its traces to Pakistan. A Psychological Warfare

Why the Blockade of our Prime Minister is a Psychological Warfare against Us? “The image of our Prime Minister stuck on the flyover seems so unreal, so straight out of a dystopian novel that I can’t believe it really happened,” my colleague told me. “It will take me a long time before I can shake it off my mind.” For millions of Indians, it will remain a moment of deja vu, a moment so unreal, suspended in time like nothing else that it can be compared to in recent Indian history. Political leaders have been stopped, blocked and shouted against by Indian people, but never where the intent was to terrorize and to give a message that we are here to warn and harm you.  This is psychological warfare, carried out with precision in an organized way that tells us that the enemy this time is different and we have perhaps entered into a new era of warfare. Psychological warfare is different from other kinds of warfare. It is more subtle, invisible and its purpose doesn’t becom...

Challenges - A Must Tool

“When you face difficult times, know that challenges are not sent to destroy you. They are sent to promote, increase and strengthen you” A life absent of challenges, obstacles and/or failures may sound like a dream, but over the years, I’ve come to understand that in life, adversity is not only inevitable but also necessary if we were to aspire to become our very best self. If you happen to be going through challenges and are feeling defeated, I’m here to offer you a bit of comfort and solace. Below, you’ll find 5 hidden blessings that often come through rejections, failures & challenging times. I hope they’ll inspire you to stop resisting adversity and learn to start embracing it instead. 1. Challenges remind you that you’re stronger & more capable than you give yourself credit for. “You never know how strong you are, until being strong is your only choice.” ― Bob Marley Most of us have a tendency to underestimate ourselves and our capabilities. And tough t...

Four Quotients

"According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:   1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ) 2) Emotional Quotient (EQ) 3) Social Quotient (SQ) 4) Adversity Quotient (AQ) 1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons. 2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate. 3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time. People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down. A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ. Your EQ represents your Charac...
