Leadership and Comfort Zone

 LEADERSHIP and Comfort Zone

"Good things never comes from comfort zones. If we want success, we must get comfortable being uncomfortable"

Push yourself past your comfort zone.

At some point, you will say to yourself, "I've never done this before" or "I don't know what I'm doing." When you have that feeling of giving up:

Don't quit.

You've decided to start, great; keep pushing forward. If you're thinking of a way out where you can quit and save face. Don't do it. Don't give yourself an out. Just don't. Don't give yourself any options. Either you succeed or fail, and if you fail, dust yourself off, get your mind right and try again.

You must get comfortable with being uncomfortable because fear kills more dreams than failure ever will.

In an increasingly competitive, cautious and accelerated world, those who are willing to take risks, step out of their comfort zone and into the discomfort of uncertainty will be those who will reap the biggest rewards.

We're wired to seek out comfort, which is why it's so hard to let it go.

Humans are creatures of comfort. Our comfort zone -- a place where stress and anxiety are minimal, where we know what's coming next and can plan accordingly.

Being slightly uncomfortable, whether or not by choice, can push us to achieve goals we never thought we could. But it’s important to remember that we don’t need to challenge ourselves and be productive all the time.

Challenging yourself can help you perform at your peak.

Taking risks is what helps us grow.

Trying new things can make you more creative.

Embracing new challenges can help you age better.

Remember you are capable of so much more than you ever believed.

Your goals, aspirations and dreams are waiting for you.

As you step out to harness them and you hear that little voice (which you will!), trying to pull you back, gently remind it that there is no such thing as ‘fail’ if you get something out of it. ‘Fail’ simply means my “First Attempt In Learning”.
