 अगर देश का प्रधानमंत्री पढ़ा-लिखा होना चाहिए, तो उसका चुनाव कैसे होगा? अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कुछ दिन पहले ट्वीट किया था कि देश का प्रधानमंत्री पढ़ा-लिखा ही होना चाहिए. तब से मेरे मन में रह रहकर विचार आ रहा है कि पढ़े लिखे होने की परिभाषा क्या है?  क्या अरविंद केजरीवाल पढ़े-लिखे माने जाएंगे या उनके बैच का टॉपर पढ़ा-लिखा माना जाएगा?  या फिर वह उमर शेख से जो लंदन स्कूल ऑफ इकोनॉमिक्स में पढ़ा था और जिसने अमरीकी पत्रकार डेनियल पर्ल की गर्दन रेतकर पाकिस्तान में हत्या कर दी थी.  या फिर 19 आतंकवादियों को जिन्होंने वर्ल्ड ट्रेड सेंटर पर हमला किया था. वह सब या तो इंजीनियर थे या फिर पायलट.  अल क़ाएदा का नेता अल-ज़वाहिरी डॉक्टर है. जरा सा और आगे बढ़ते हैं. अगर पढ़ा लिखा व्यक्ति प्रधानमंत्री होना चाहिए तो क्या यह नहीं होना चाहिए कि सभी पढ़े-लिखे लोग एक कंपटीशन दें और जो उसमें टॉप करें वह प्रधानमंत्री बने. लेकिन फिर व्यवस्था की सफलता के लिए यह भी आवश्यक है कि सारे विधायक और सांसद भी पढ़े लिखे हो. इससे तो लालू प्रसाद और उनके पुत्रों का टिकट ही कट जाएगा. या फिर  शशि थरूर का क्या होगा? उन्होंने PhD करी ह
