Diplomacy in Afghanistan

 From 1996 onwards till 2021, Bharat had been a supporter of Democracy in Afganistan and Anti-Taliban forces!

But looks like Bharat is changing it's strategy pretty fast & trajectory is diagonally opposite to its stand of 20+ yrs. In June 22,in Tajikistan,NSA Ajit Doval Sir urged Afghanistan's Neighbours to provide War-torn Country assistance in Counter Terrorism.

Was it Bharat's weakness to say so?....NO!!!

Surprisingly it was Taliban who had made Initial Overtures to which Bharat had responded. Taliban had issued a statement 1st that it won't allow ANY Country to use Afghanistan Soil for any activities or aggression against Bharat!!

That was 1st Overture by Taliban to which Bharat responded.

On June 23, Bharat opened a Diplomatic Mission in Afghanistan! This clearly meant that Bharat is willing to lend some degree of legitimacy to the Taliban.

Bharat also started "Food Diplomacy" by sending Wheat to Afghanistan via route through Pakistan.

Why via Pakistan? Bharat knew that Pakistan will definitely object to this & that's what Idiots did!!!

So....Taliban THREATENED Pakistan of Dire Consequences if this transportation is not allowed.

Pakistan HAD TO RELENT & allow passage...But damaging relations with Taliban Further!! It's Very Imp to know Enemy's Psychology to win a War & Bharat's PRESENT Think-tank is Master at it!!

Anyways...

In return for this Tacit Recognition Afghanistan is WILLING TO PROVIDE Bharat ACTIONABLE INTEL on Pakistani Terr0ri$t Groups like Lashkar, Jaish and...AlQaida. It's NOT a Coincidence that "Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP)" has SUDDENLY increased it's aggression since July in Tribal Belt of Pakistan bordering Afghanistan.

NO Coincidence this too that TTP has SURPRISINGLY coordinated with Balochistan Liberation Army since July. Regional dynamics changing fast & Taliban isn't ready to Rely on Pakistan & China anymore

Taliban Defence Minister showed interest in it's cadre getting Military Training in Bharat to which we Obliged

Taliban welcoming 1st batch of Bharat-trained Afghan Defence Officers Taliban needs to come out of Global Isolation & it's relation with Pakistan is certainly shaky.

Whether it's the Durand Line or it's support to TTP...Taliban is looking at distancing itself from Pakistan upto a Large Degree. With Al-Qaeda & IS-Khorasan upping Ante on Kashmir,it's Prudent for Bharat to Forge ties with Taliban in National Interest to influence Such Groups.

In return Bharat,with it's CLOUT in Geopolitical & Geostrategic Arena,can lean on other Nations to assist Afghan IMPLICITLY. Want Proofs?

1.Taliban official,Mufti Abdul Hakim called for removing Pro-Pakistanis from 'Islamic Emirate' while speaking to Shamshad TV. "Removal of Pro-Pakistanis will save Taliban from Isolation"

2.Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan & Russia Start Reconciliation with Taliban Govt. Other angle is Massive LITHIUM Reserves in Afghanistan!

All areas where these reserves are found are controlled by Taliban.

Bharat is pushing hard for Semiconductor Industry & has also announced PLI schemes for same. Bharat to effectively compete with China on this. Taliban know very well & is smart enough to understand that it's Bharat which can mine these reserves & Not Pakistan and THESE reserves can fetch them much needed revenue.

China can do it too, BUT it has a Bad Track Record on "Trustworthiness"!! To add cream on cake....Bharat is also working a renewed relationship with Iran which is silently assisting Balochistan Liberation Army.

So...Any thaw between Bharat & Taliban is enough to send ripples in Islamabad.

So what is Pakistan doing to counter? You think Pakistan is in any position to counter? But it has US to do it for Pakistan!

US is trying it's level best to keep Pakistan relevant. US is trying hard to get Pakistan out of FATF Grey List. US is managing to fund Pakistan through Loans from IMF & World Bank. You will show me Recent Approval by US for F-16 Upgrade Package to Pakistan!

But I will say it's Not to Help Pakistan, but to wean Pakistan away from China & Turkey.

Yes! I'm saying this in full senses & can give argument for it. After Trump freezed Military Aid to Pakistan,it turned to China & inducted J-17 which anyway can't match F-16(more armament,better take off weight,better US-made F-110 turbofan jet engine)

Turkey has also done MLU's on Pakistan's F-16's in 2016 & US hasn't liked it. US is Too Annoyed with Erdogan after it's buy of S-400 from Russia. Turkey is again found on wrong side by US because Erdogan is seen closer to President Putin in Ukraine Conflict inspite of being NATO Member.

So this F-16 Upgrade shouldn't be seen from 1 Prism only. This upgrade is more to keep Pak going into lap of China and keeping Turkey away.

Obviously...US is trying to hit 2 birds with 1 stone. It's sending message to Bharat as well as trying to limit Chinese & Turkish influence over Pakistan.

US can't afford to be irrelevant! Btw... recent letter written by Pakistan to Taliban Govt to hand over Masood Azhar is not only an Attempt to get itself out of FATF Grey List....but also to alienate Taliban to stop Bharat's advances in Afghanistan!

And the Brain behind it is Obviously US!! But,Bharat is Undeterred!

Bharat NOW not just going to Follow..but LEAD & in Flux Situation when Global Order is being Reset, Bharat sees Afghanistan as Oppurtunity to MAKE & RESERVE a place for itself.

Infact,Bharat sees Opportunity in US being cosy with Pakistan TOO! World moving from being Bipolar to Multipolar & Bharat isn't going to waste oppurtunity to be Central Pole.
