Operation Sudan

 

The Indian Army won int'l acclaim for its daring 2-day operation which almost matched Israel's earlier feat in Uganda

With this action of the IAF, the world is amazed & appreciates the rise of India. They've started saying that the age of India has begun. The incident was so shocking & thrilling. This happened in Sudan

The rescue of Indians from Ukraine & Kabul by IAF planes was not a big deal as they were done safely in broad daylight at proper airports with the usual formalities. Not so in Sudan, where Sudan's airspace is closed & no aircrafts are allowed to fly, only the US has bravely sent its helicopters to rescue its ambassadors.

All other countries are jammed there, fighting at the airport makes flights impossible & many other routes impossible. Many people of the country were trapped like this. 121 Indians were also trapped like this & rescuing them was a big challenge.

PM Modi ji gave full authority to the IAF & the IAF entered the fray with enthusiasm, joined by the Indian Intelligence Service & the MEA. Foreign aircraft cannot fly in Sudan as both sides may attack in fear if they fly, besides the main airport is dilapidated. So Indians had to be rescued without Sudanese permission

Indian intelligence probed Sudan & discovered an unmanned, abandoned airport 50km from the capital. You can land the plane there but the problems are: There's no one on the ground, no electricity, no lights, no guidance for air traffic. So the risk is high whether the plane is landing or taking off

Even if the plane arrives, Sudan won't allow to defy them & come secretly. When it comes to that, there is no petrol-free way for Indian aircraft to fly. So many problems:

First, the IAF sent a large plane with its commandos to Jeddah, from where it was on the Sudan side, so that a single refueling was sufficient. The IAF carried out the sensational scenes in top secrecy as the 121 took off silently in the evening & hid near the unmanned airport

Then began the feat of IAF Hercules aircraft. The plane flew in the dark with no lights & the Sudanese couldn't see it as it flew without lights. So how did the pilots fly the plane? India now has night vision attack equipment & under satellite guidance the Indian plane flew perfectly in the dark.

The pilots landed the plane safely at night & the engine didn't shut down. The plane door opened & the Indian commandos ran & took the 121 people on the plane at lightning speed. The plane stayed on the ground for 7 mins

The Indians returned home after the flight landed in Jeddah, S. Arabia. The incident is seen wth gr8 consternation on the world stage. No country has ever taken such a challenge except Israel & India has done it

Knowing how the Indian Army has improved in terms of military aircraft, Pak is trembling & China isn't squeaking

Each project is meticulously but boldly conceived & executed in spite of the challenge. Modi's India has made a great adventure in the world. Surprisingly this happened on Saturday April 29, 2023

The Indian media did not hold its breath & neither did Modi
