Why Hindu temples r controlled by Government?

In 1925 British brought madras religious and charitable endowments Act n took over all religious places of all religion

When Muslim n Christian objected they released Church n Mosque but not temple

Gandhi n Nehru never opposed it n Hindu kept sleeping. India got freedom in 1947 n we got our constitution in 1950 that gave us article 26 That say govt can’t interfere in religious practice of any religion n Hindu got their temple back.  But crooked Congress didn’t stop, they brought Hindu religious n charitable endowments Act 1951 What this act says: -State can make law n take over only temples (No mosque n Church) -They can appoint any administrator from any religion as Chairman or Manager of temple -They can take money of temple n use it for any purpose

- They can sell land of temple n use that money from any purpose

-They can interfere in temple traditions Congress ruled Tamilnadu used this act n brought its TN religious and charitable endowments Act 1959 n took over all 35,000 temples of state. N after that AP, Rajasthan n many more states brought such act n took over state temples n their finance. Today 15 states have took over on around 4 lacs temples in Indian (There r 9 lac temples in India). When u go to temple n offer money to daan peti Rs 11, 21, 51,101 where does it go ? It goes into pocket of Govt Every year around Rs 1 lac crore Hindu money that we offer in temple for dharma goes into pocket of Govt N where Govt use it ? Govt use this money for madarsa, church n other works Around 10-15% money used for Hindu dharma while rest goes for other work In 1 year, during Congress rule, Karnataka govt receive Rs 79 crore from temple. They spent Rs 7 crore on temple, Rs 59 crore from that money on mosque n Rs 5 crore on Church.

Andhra govt receives Rs 3100 crore every year from Tirupati temple. 18% of that money is used on temple n rest on others Church runs 1000s of schools in India but temple can’t run any school since finance of temple is not hand in temples. Temples r no more any epicenter of civilization as they were before 1925 Our constitution is secular so anything owned by Govt automatically becomes secular so as Govt take over on temple its no more religious place n it becomes secular place n supreme court can interfere in it, Sabrimala is classic example. In India church n mosque r free, they don’t give any money to govt but they receive money from govt. many govt give salary to maulavi but they take Rs 1 lac crore every year from hindu temple, n don’t give anything to them. All religious institutions come under the concurrent list of Constitution (Item no 28) So here State govt can make law but centre can amend that law or make new law and state govt has to accept it So Central govt must enact a central law to free temples from govt control
